Something odd happening?

Ive been multiboxing for a few months now, reached lev 45 so i have an understanding of whats going on now, but something strange and new has started happening to my keyclone

I'd like to add this is fairly recent and never used to happen:
I start up keyclone and it says the WoW1;WoW2;WoW3 and i hit connect as normal

Next thing that happens is it starts up all 3 wows like normal,
THEN i realise the WoW1 hasnt connected, its started up but keyclone isnt 'keeping track of it' its not a big problem for i just hit the add button and then click on the WoW1 that isnt registering as being there and all is well, i was just wondering does any1 know why this is happening? and why didnt it used to happen before?

I'd ALSO like to add this happens about 50% of the time atm, sometimes it has this problem sometimes it doesnt, and its being started up the same way every time, just seems odd to me,

I can't say I've ever had this problem, but I run a batch file to run maximiser to position all the WoWs, then run keyclone once they are up.

if you run a keyclone command and the wow doesn't show up in the keyclone list, then the wow was launched using another application or was launched within a shell. (i would also guess that you have auto-add-windows-titled UNCHECKed)

what OS are you running? Vista? there could be some weird property set. are all your commands running wow from the same folder or multiple folders?
