What software are you using.
How are your drives set up, are you using drive linking, etc.

I just start my wow up with keyclone and thats really it, but i have the same problem when only dual boxing 2. If the 2 screens can be seen at the same time, the one i dont use will have fps lag
set keyclone to auto-assign CPU affinity. This game is cpu and ram intensive and I've noticed with my 2.8 quadcore a significant performance reduction on the 2 windows that share a CPU vs the windows with their own cpu. Windows is prolly auto-allocating your Warcraft with some other tasking that you can avoid with affinity assignments.
I have mine assign when it loads up my windows and positions them for maximizer.
ex)
CPU0: wow1,
CPU1: wow2/3,
CPU2: wow 4,
CPU3: wow5

This is caused by the MaxFps and MaxBkFps settings in keycloneOriginally Posted by 'Surabe',index.php?page=Thread&postID=124214#post1 24214
under command editor, check out the maxBKfps settings
this controls the maximum fps when a windows is NOT being controlled
most people set this to 15 or 20fps, still smooth, but more power to the window you are controlling
if you put maxBKfps a lot higher, it could cause low fps on ALL windows
Okay thx for the help (: ill try it out when i once stop lvling my 2 shammys so much fun lol
