I'm sure this has been discussed but RAF is ridiculous. I killed two of my accounts and started up two new accounts under RAF. This has allowed me to start 4 new toons to be PL'ed by a 70 on a 5th account. I started last Sunday and am currently level 43 (6 days later) with only moderate play. I'm sure a hard core leveller would surpass this but it's still pretty crazy. One high point was turning in a quest at 27 and getting literally 10K xp. I've been mostly instance grinding but I think I'm going to try the Hinterlands, Searing Gorge quest series soon and see how questing pays off with RAF.

For anyone considering RAF, it's well worth it as long as you're not worried about skills and gear. It's best to have some $$ because the levelling is so fast that toons on a brand new account would not be able to pay for spells/skills.

RAF rocks!

I cant remember the quest it was but I turned in one that netted just over 30k xp!!

On avg most seem to give 12k-23k.

I did the king quest line in duskwallow last night, where you have to subdue the NPC in question, then jaina proudmoore steps in to investigate him.
I believe both quest's gave me 37k xp, in less than 5 sec's. that was @ 37..http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=1267

R-A-F is truly, utterly, Amazing. 1 run of Zul'Farak (level 70 running the alts) yielded 2 levels at level 42; quest turn ins yielded another level...
