Default How do you boost with a Lvl 70 Paladin ?

Ok I've multiboxed on and off, and been away for a pretty good spell from wow, now I want to get back into it, but I have a few questions.

I have a level 70 horde paladin that I'd like to use as my booster toon

I also have 2 lvl 16 druids on seperate accounts that i'd like to have boosted.

a quick search of this board didnt really give me the info im looking for, so I hope some bored soul can fill me in on the pointers of how to do this.

if I wanted to boost in SFK for example...how would I go about it...do I just grab half the zone at a time well dragging my 2 druids around behind me..I had read something about it requiring a mage and droping him from group or something...but thats where my confusion kicks in.

in sfk i would let the 2 stay at the start, grab all from start to the guy that opens the door and then run back and kill them.. then place the 2 characters by the courtyard door and pull the courtyard and so on... but thats only how id do it.. it might not be the best way

yeah with boosting in those lvls you dont get that much xp per mob, unless the 2 accounts that u boost are linked

it gets MUCH quicker when you take them to scarlet M (min level is 20). You can single pull armory and single or double pull Cath then reset and repeat.

no sadly all 5 of my accounts i owned before that Recruit a friend thing came out so I dont get to enjoy that at all. I read the Zolo boosting thing has now also been fixed so thats a bit disapointed. So Do i just keep my lil druids near my pally and pull the instance back to them and not worry about how crappy the xp is? I figured i was doing something wrong.

using the same method ? leaving my guys near the door and pulling half the instance at a time to them and killing em?

once you practice a bit you can get really good and boost fast. I boosted 2 teams to 60, the first one was about 30 hours total and the second was about 18 hours total.

in SFK just leave the alts right by the entrance, you can run through aggroing everything, go to the door guy (in the prison cell), open it, agro everrrything inside until you are "above" your alts after the 2nd or 3d boss (the guy in the room with the bats), right after his room i stop right above my alts, its all the ghost humans, kill the ~100 mobs or so in 2-3 mins with just consecrate, and blammo, 1 level in 10 mins with RAF 3x (it takes longer without RAF).

At 20, go to SM cathedral, leave alts parked at door, and pull everything outside the cathedral doors back to near your alts (but not too near!) and consecrate down. You can then have your alts follow you inside, park them at the top of the fountain near the back, and pull the boss inside the cathedral out the door and just kill everything off to a side. Should take 10-15 mins per run, and again with RAF you get nearly an entire level every 12-15 mins. All the way to 40, after 40 its frankly easier just questing although you can do brd, lbrs, and strat/scholo after 45.

WOW ok thank you very very much that's awesome...now I must try the SFK pull thing..yeah im not RAF..so it'll take longer but I was starting to wonder if there was any point..RFC was pretty sucky for the XP, SM I think will go pretty good, my pally's geared pretty well.

yup. I leave my alts at the door and kill the first pull which usually agros at my alts as soon as they come in. Then I just pull the whole instance back to them and kill. If you zoom all the way out on your minimap then zoom in once, if you see your alts in your minimap they will get xp.

Also, you can set look to rare or whatever you like and pass on loot on your pally so he will only see rare drops (or green if you set it to that). Check out the videos here
