Level 60 4 box Shamans vs. Level 70 4 box Shamans

Big difference? I wanted to grind out honor in AV on my lvl 60 shamans until WotLK came out (nerf to XP I heard?) but I find it a bit harder than the videos I have seen on it. Don't get me wrong, I get in the top kills/HKs etc and I stick to objectives more than trying to get high score...

It's just not as easy as I have seen on lvl 70 shamans. Is there a breaking point after 60 that changes it dramatically?


Thanks for any input. I am currently 40/0/11 in decent gear (i say decent, but it's probably more like trash gear)

Ya do it at 70, unless your not having fun then take a break and pvp a bit, everything changes for the better at 70. It has to do with gear gaining spell damage and stamina, something Elemental Shamans are itemized well for until top end.

Is the XP gain with WotLK to 70 that much better to make it worth waiting for?

Someone posted the numbers for 60-70 with the 3.0.x-patch (it comes before the Exp. itself), and it was a huge diff, instead of 500k XP, it's more like 300k XP.
