RAF in which order?

Hi guys,

I read the FAQ about RAF but I'm still confused. I read that boosting is the best method so I will use my lvl 70 lock for that. How do I have to create/link the accounts that I get 3xXP on my toons? I plan to do a paly and a druid.

So is it possible to do X-A, A-B. So A and B get the XP bonus and I can boost with my main?

The RAF also applies to the 10 day trial accounts? so I can just lvl both to 60 with the xp bonus and pay/activate just the one account I wanna play to 70? Is it possible that way?

Seriously tho - If you want to use your high level to boost the other 2 then you DONT want to link it with either of the lowbies. If you do it will nerf your xp when you boost since the linked toons must be within 4 levels of each other to get the trip xp bonus.

Also yes the RAF bonus does apply on trial accounts but you wont be able to level a trial account past lvl 20. Also while in trial you cannot trade with another player or the AH, plus you are limited to a max of 10g. So not a lot of incentive to remain in trial for too long.

ah now it is clear because I didn't understand the problem that my main nerfs the xp gain because he is out of lvl range. I found no explaination in the wiki just that it will not work and wanted to know why.

k so I just let a friend invite account A and link from A to B. Activate both accounts and boost with my main. That's the correct order I guess. Thanks for your help.

As long as A and B are not linked to your main account then it should work. However, I have not actually tested this.

Here was my setup:

Account A - main (70 druid)
Account B - rogue
Account C - rogue

Accounts B & C are linked

Rogues lvl 60 in 1 day, 5 hours /played
