    Default Just thought I was banned but I'm not, hip hip hoorah

    Hi all,

    I started dual boxing yesterday - I got a trial account with Refer a Friend and was playing Warrior/Priest

    Got to level 8 and liked it so I upgraded the account to full and bought a 1 month subscription this morning. 10mins ago I get kicked out and cant log in saying that I am banned

    I thought we were allowed to multibox no??

    If you were banned, you should be receiving an email message (it should already be in your inbox), explaining why. Please post it here so that I can help you.

    There is always more to the story. Was it the same name on both accounts?

    Why would it fail? When I try login I cant even log into my trial account tho, it still says banned

    Something tells me we havent heard the whole story. there must be a reason behind it.
    As mentioned above im betting you created the new account in a different name.

    Call Blizzard and they will rectify the problem. Also, you might want to take your account name out of your post (just replace it with *********) so someone doesn't try to guess at your password.

    I have accounts created in all sorts of different names (well just variations of my own firstname with the same last name ... dont ask ;-) , and have never experienced a problem. I did receive a letter like the above poster when I tried to register 10 accounts with the same credit card all at once. I had to call them to get the situation straightened out, because they thought someone was fraudlently attempting to use a CC in order to register accounts.
