UNfortunetly wow has no facing commands, so other then manualy moving your alt or binding the left turn right turn keys to just that toon, I dont know.

How did you solved this problem exactly ?
One way this can be done is to have all of your chars except your main be slightly "back" from the fight. You can have them face your main by giving them a follow command (and stop moving by giving them a move command).
Make sure none of your chars are on follow at the start of the fight. While fighting the mob, I usually walk through it, and turn it around - it then has its back to my entire group (this is esp good for BC stuff, as lots of mobs have AOE type attacks that happen to the front). This way, if I back up it keeps the mob out in front of my other characters. If there is danger and I need them to come towards me, I just hit follow (which does put them right in the center of the mob and not facing) - then I give them a backup command, and I'm good to go again.
