Yea, I've reset mine a few times now and Rob's always been right on top of it, of coruse now I've installed Vista 64 and want to test it out and it's been at least 30 minutes without an answer... :P.
First contact to Keyclone 6:21... I got activated by 8:00... you can't beat this customer service!
