Default [Suggestions] Upgrading to a new Computer

I am thinking of building a new computer and have looked at a few things on Newegg / tigerdirect. I am just wondering if there are some suggestions as far as a cheaper solution to accomplish about the same performance/ quality, or if there are some better selections I can make.

    Here's the list:

    CPU- AMD Phenom X4 9850 Quad Core 2.5 GHz - $184.99

    Mobo - Asus M3A32 - MVP Deluxe AM2+/AM2 - $189

    VidCard - EVGA GeForce GTX 260 896 MB GDDR3- $239.00

    Ram - (2) Corsair 4GB (2x2Gb) 240 Pin DDR2 1066MHz - $86.00 (x2)

    Case - Thermaltake VI1000 BWS M9 ATX - $79.99

I've already got a Sound Card, Power Supply, Hard Drive, CD/DVD Drives, and extra case fans. Anything I'm forgetting? 8|

More then 8 Gb? [I said (2) sets of (2x2Gb).]

    And yes vista 64 bit.

When I start giving tours of my computer room, I'll start worrying about what the case looks like, i chose it b/c I liked how it looked and where the buttons / usb are placed, and the amount of drive bays. But in an effort to save money I may just reuse my old one.

For a Heatsink possibly: Dynatron A5JG 77mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler - OEM

Never heard of that Heatsink brand. Poor reviews as well. I'd go with this; its what I have and a warning it's huge

And for a case i'd go with this or the 900 series if you have the cash and need a large case.

And 4 Gigs should be enough, I only 2 Box and have no issues with 4 gigs. May go to 8 gigs for other reasons. Otherwise I don't know much about AMD anymore, haven't looked into them seriously since I built my old Socket 754 AMD 64 3000+ system like 4 years ago.
