Hi,

I'd like to start a thread full of tips, helpful macro's and things you hadn't thought of but are quite cool nonetheless.
Each of these tips should be small enough to not warrant their own individual topic/wiki page but still interesting nonetheless.

And as a good measure, the topic starter will open with the first tip:
Did you knowthat when you use RAF to grant levels to your vet account, that the experience on that char levels with you percentage-wise?
This means that if your lvl 1 character has 99% experience and only needs one more kill to level up, you can then grant them 59 level to level them up to 60.
Once they hit 60, you can check their experience and you'll see that they're STILL at 99% which means that 1 quest should be enough to make them 61.
This effectively means that you only need to do 9 levels in Outland instead of 10, saving you roughly the time of gathering 500k experience.

And make sure you dont get to close the lvling. Or your lvl 5 priest could suddenly be lvl 6 from the org summon.

Headed under general tips for Collection Quests- so obvious really but -

There’s no rule which says you have to start a collection quest and finish it on all 5 in one sitting. Get 2 or 3 of your guys completed on the quest, do something else then return later, it could even be another day. Starting a collection quest that you’re going to complete 3/5 is easier on the mind than sticking it out until 5/5 and returning to a quest to finish it for just 2 guys is easy too.

Also :

Probably the easiest profession to skill up while you’re levelling or going about your business is skinning. Just put a skinning macro on a round robin and each toon will take turns in skinning.

You don't need to round-robin it, just have each toon run the macro everytime - it'll all end up nice and even and is a lot simpler - in fact sometimes it seems that more than one toon gets a skillup even if they didn't get the leather

Apart from the forthcoming bonus for skinners in WotLK (slightly increased critical strike rating), I don't see the point in levelling skinning on more than 1 toon. Am I missing something?

On shaman leveling, especially when being boosted - the totem quests remain yellow no matter the level reached (at least till level 49 when i did them) so use them to your maximum advantage. The steps give like 15,000xp on most of them at that level.

Dont forget to do your cloth handin quests (a donation of .....) at any of the major cities. They are all considered level 60 quests so if you wait til mid 50's with tripxp it will help speed your way thru some levels.

I do this for two full level from 53-55. You need 15 stacks of wool, silk, mageweave and runecloth. 3 each for the 5 factions. IF and Org each host two factions, make sure to find them both.

Once you are friendly with the Argent Dawn you can also turn in 60x Crypt Fiend Parts, Savage Fronds, Bone Fragments, Dark Iron Scraps and Core of Elements for 28650 XP each with the RAF bonus (9550 w/o). This is 143250 total, more then a full level. Doing the Cauldron and Araj quests will get you to friendly and is worth a large amount of XP as well.
