Pally and Mage for super quick SM clearances.

The lyceum in BRD is nice. With RAF you can get your Vet there easily then chain summon down. Mobs are worth ~100-200 XP each, have around 600 HP and as long as you don't put out the flame will spawn forever. On my prot pally I was able to do around 100k an hour per toon with RAF in the low-mid 40s. You will need blessing of freedom.

I did this with 1 70 and 2 mid 40s RAF linked toons.

I also found that at 40-45 quest XP starts goes crazy and I was easily doing 150-200k an hour all the way to 60, which was faster, less boring and helped me learn classes new to me. I also felt the lyceum was a bit "borderline".

I do however have loot set to show me greens+, they sell for a ton on Draenor.

How do you set loot to show only greens or say even blues? This would be really useful for me as I don't like looting everything under the sun but I would like to loot disenchanting mats.

you can hit ~200k xp/hour from 45-60 just killing the baron skellies in strat, but it takes ~45-90 mins to clear to him so needs to be long sessions. park your guys outside the door, pally inside just consecrating and popping your trinket every c/d (I did it as 40/21 so I could heal myself with conc aura too).

How do you set loot to show only greens or say even blues? This would be really useful for me as I don't like looting everything under the sun but I would like to loot disenchanting mats.

Master looter on your "main"
I set my Pally to master looter, pass on loot so the only thing she see lootable is a green or blue, she then assigns it to one of the other dudes.
the alts take turns passing on loot so I just loot on one of them until the bags are full then they don't loot and the other one does.

You change the loot type by right clicking on the party leader's character portrait on their screen and change each toon to pass on loot by doing the same. choose Pass on loot 'Yes" to not loot on that toon.

This new feature then went in a patch or two ago is great. Much better then just using Free for All.

These are only 3xp each with RAF, just like Zolo now. I tried to boost through strat and checked this specifically. My gear is not good enough to make strat boosting viable and the skelly trick is not worth it.

Never thaught to use the master looter option lol. I just leave it on group loot setting to the quality I want to see and pass on loot on my main and all alts except for 1. Whenever I see loot on my pally I know its green+ (or rare+ if you set that) and when he loots the roll window appears on the alt that didnt pass on loot.
