Little trouble with Keyclone

Well I setup keyclone for dualboxing, 2 accounts, and followed the video guide. However I wanted to make my PIP screen smaller and I went to adjust it, and have since had some trouble. Basically I cant seem to get PIP swapping to work, if I swap master>slave for main screen the master(now smaller) never appears above the other screen. After doing this and replacing the master back to the main screen I have trouble with the slave screen and it occasionally doesnt want to stay infront of the master window.

Ive gone trough and redone the maximizer etc but has'nt helped me. Any input/advice would be a hugely appreciated, everytime I click on new window(in maximizer to make another window) it comes up as XXX 31 XXX32 etc I rename them but still have trouble.

Perhaps you should try... at the Maximizer setting for the smaller window make sure (always on top) is checked. That might fix it.

Yar its checked, everything runs perfectly until I try to swap screens than I face minor annoyances which makes me nearly never swap screens lol.
