You said the performance is good, but you are only getting 10fps. Is that typical? Or do you normally get more?
In order to get a screenshot of the entire desktop I had to put wow out of focus, my maxfpsbk is 10.

When the clients focused I get 28 which is where I've capped the forground FPS.
