Debuff Announcer

I was curious if there was an addon that did a party announcement when debuffs and DoTs were about to end.

If i put SW: Pain on a target with my Spriest and its about to fade id like her to announce that. I know there are some timers you can click on and it does that but dont know if any that you can set up to just do it

I know the Dotimer addon can link everyone in your party together. You can then see all your slave's dots and cooldown timers on your screen.
