I dunno if you can free up the points on your pally, but one-handed weapon spec is awesome for tanking. it doesn't just increase white damage, it increases all damage caused while a onehander is equipped, thus increasing your threat generation by 10%.....just a thought.

Well, prot pally tree just got some more buffs

• Hammer of the Righteous (Tier 11) changed to - Hammer the current target and up to 2 additional nearby targets, causing 3 times your main hand damage per second as Holy damage.
• Improved Devotion Aura (Tier 4) now increases the amount healed to the target by 2/4/6%. (Old - 1/2/3%)
• Toughness (Tier 3) reduces movement impairing effect duration by 6/12/18/24/30%. (Old - 10/20/30/40/50%)

Now I definitely want Imp Dev Aura :thumbsup:

I thought I would try to make other people aware of this. What was the point of going 20 points into the restro tree? The 5% crit to lightning bolts. Well know you can pick up 5% crit too ALL your spells in the enhancment tree

I am looking at this for level 70

As far as level 80 I can't figure out how to spend the last 6 points in level 80 build
For PVE i am not sure which will be better Reduce all physical damage by 6% or increasing armor by 10%

Edit: So now I'm thinking this which would leave me with 5 points to be split as follows:
Shaman 1: Totem of Wrath (1 point)/Totemic Focus (4 points)
Shaman 2: Enhancing Totems (3 points)/Totemic Focus (2 points)
Shaman 3: Guardian Totems (2 points)/Totemic Focus (3 points)

With the possibility of pulling one additional point out of Totemic Focus for Shamanistic Focus.

For leveling I'd go dual dps, either enhance/elemental with shadow for quicker killing but if you want a healer, put the healer on follow. If you go dual dps, I'd put the shaman up front either way, if enhance because melee is hard on /follow, if elemental because they have better damage mitigation with shield and leather/mail.

It seemed to me that 70% chance to avoid spell pushback was better than 70% reduction in spell pushback... but maybe that is just emotional flavor.

So i am now wondering how vital Eye of the Storm is. I am considering more of a pvp perspective than a pve perspective. How bad is that one second delay? I guess the question is whether the .7 sec is worth it for 3 points?

I have considered a spec like this . Link is to /wotlkwiki website. There are two points left and i am not sure if they would go into Instant Ghost Wolf, Totemic Focus, Earth's Grasp, Elemental Shields, or of course Eye of the Storm.

The 45% reduction in mana from shocks and the 1 sec off shocks seems pretty sweet.
