Synergy - Minimizing When Switching Screens

Hey guys, I just got Synerygy up and running with WoW, but now when I switch between screens, the WoW client on my main PC minimized every time I switch over to the other PC.

Is there any way I can fix this?

Bumps, hasn't been answered....

It's normal for a windows WoW client - only workaround I've been able to find is windowed mode, maximized. If you hid your taskbar, it appears to be full screen.
