RAF question

I have a two accounts, one has a 70 that I will be using to boost with.

I will be three-boxing to get two other toons to 60. If I send the RAF invite from the account that does NOT have the 70 on it, will the toons still get the exp bonus when the 70 is running them through instances? Technically, the account with the 70 would not be linked but he would be in the party with the other two who ARE linked.
