This is a gigantic nerf to shaman. Surprised nobody cares, lol.
They also increased the base damage and coefficient of lava burst and added it's reduced cast time to Lightning Mastery. This was done to make it so a rotation is actually better dps than just LB spam. You have to look at all the changes together, rather than one talent/spell at a time.

You do realize that ele shaman are still pulling 2200-2400 dps, rather than the 2100-2500?
