when you can't save settings, and running vista, that is usually the result of a permissions problem.
either the permissions on the folder you installed into... or the permissions of the application as you run it

you must run keyclone as administrator... this is different from being logged in as admin. you must right-click/run-as-admin ... or set the advanced properties on the shortcut
