How to level from 28?

Ok so I am dualing mages, one is 28 and one is 26, both fire specd. I know I shouldn't do gathering quests and that seems like thats all there is avaliable to me rite now. So I was wondering If I should just grind to a certain level or if anyone can reccomend an area for me to level, (Keep in mind im using RAF so I get 3x XP)

Usually there are a couple of areas for your level range so you jump between them if you want. Another option is to take some of the collection quests on your 26 and have the 28 help out with the kills. You can do that until you are ready for the next area and/or the two characters are the same level.
