Problem with Moving

Hi there, just started multiboxing, realised it has great potential, however I have a few things I need some assistance with.

1: A common problem is all of my characters moving all weird. One will go in one direction, and the other will eventually veer off in a different direction. It's really annoying. If anyone knows a solution to this problem feel free to tell me.
2: I need some help with getting all my chars to get quests.If you know a way tell me
