I already knew about these but this quote was posted as a reason why multiboxing is allowed:

For those that can't read it:

"Originally we wanted these to be transferable to any character on any account you own. Unfortunately we were unable to make this happen for Lich King. Ideally I would like to see these transferable to any same server same faction character on any account a player owns. If this becomes possible in the future it is certainly something we will look into. I own five accounts myself so I'm right there with you all."

The person referrencing this was stating one of the devs is a multiboxer which certainly appears possible since he owns 5 accounts and wanted Bind to Account Items to be sharable across same owner acounts. By the way, this feature is awesome on its own but across accounts would be sick. Only drawback is enchanting will be limited to enchants applicable to level 1 items.
