Indeedy. I am a bit overboard with my altaholic-ism.

You can try it out if you like but it might feel slow with two. Usually I try to always have 3 mobs around my felguards so that their cleave has the maximum effect. With 2 warlocks you might take a bit longer, and health-funneling a felguard all the time isn't very fun.

Currently running 5 locks at 55-59,Demon spec.
Atm i'm just using simple,instant curses then sending it the Felguards.
Although i'm also rotating in a 2x2 lock and shadow priest combo.
Double mind flay and double drain soul is nice,really like playing on auto pilot,for this i don't usually even use curses its so fast.
Absolutely no mana issues with the priests,and for the locks if i get low just life tap with priests group heals.
I'm going to add in my moonkin when i hit OL see how that works.

Yeah, I played affliction solo for a while, if the rest of the group's dps was better,then I did worse because my dots wouldn't tick. Destro fire dps ftw.

i was thinking of a 3 lock 2 priest group. 1 demon, 2 destro, 1 spriest and 1coh holy. But, 3 demo would be better for leveling till I get some spelldamage, and the demo lock could be subbed out for a real tank for instances. After 70 though, having the demo lock would be kinda pointless. Not enough to tank heroics, and with 2 big shadowbolts and a crit mindflay reg mobs would drop before the pet would get to them.

any thoughts?

Seems good,but yeah definately swapping out the 3rd/5th lock for a tank,post 60 and 70 proper warrior/palas tank.
I was tempted to go holy too but i found healing more than fine,(and i also wanted shadowform ;p)
Wondering if a palas and 2 holy priest might not be better for running OL instances tho,with a reskill for higher dps on the locks,post 65
(Another thing i have setup is a bind to double bubble both lock pets before they dash in).

The missus and I started a new team last week.
I am driving 2 locks, war tank and a healdin
And she is playing a lock. Only just hit 20. It is pretty funny tho how fast stuff dies.

I 4-box warlocks. Leveled destro/afflic up to 50, got 4 Felguards as soon as I could (I'd never leveled a lock as Demo before).

I'm completely blown away by the awesome power of multiple Felguards. I was soloing level 70s at 60 without having to actually do anything but fear them and let my FGs do the killing. I've since discovered the counter-class for rogues is, in fact, 3 Felguards and a Felpup.



It's possible to go through an entire, densely packed area of mobs, put 4 dots on them, have the FGs attack, and move to the next, without even coming close to needing to stop.

at 62 how viable is it to go Demonology Spec on the locks

I ran 5 warlocks, and they are level 60 now.

Let me put it this way -- I run a DPS meter at all times. My demonology warlock's PET was doing more damage than my affliction warlocks. Things just died too quickly for dots to last for their full duration.

I respecced 4x demo and 1x aff (for imp CoE) and now all I do is just tap the mob and let the pets cleave it to bits while I go find another mob.

Putting the pet intercept on a castsequence/round robin is also fun.

Just got my felguards yesterday (have one priest and 4 locks) and boy those things are awesome. I'm going to set that round robin thing up but how do you do that with /petattack? btw, i have a gifted level 59 warlock sitting with level 1 gear waiting on the locks to catch up so I will have 5 felguards then!
