I've been boosting 2 rogues with a feral druid using the above suggestions. So far I am at 45 with 12 hours played.

1-10 2 hours (questing)
10-20 SFK 3 hours
20-40 SM Cath 5 hours
40-45 ZF 2 hours

I hope to be lvl 60 by tonight.
