80's............. Def Leppard slang and pyromania seem to work well
livin' on a prayer (bon jovi) is a little easier to listen to I guess for that matter Warrant has some good stuff.. more or less use what you want to listen too since youll never make everyone happy /em hums Cherry Pie as he heads out

on another note.... there is a song that Ive been thinking would be kinda fun to make a video to in wow, but never seem to get around to it (since Christmas is coming around figured I'd toss it out see if anyone is interested in doing something with it since I have no time)

think the name is "I did it all for you" is a duet by racsal flatts and SheDaisy

Now, if you want music to go along with completely destroying a team or such, I would suggest something like Disturbed, Mudvayne, Slipknot...or some of the less-heard music by bands like Alesana, ScapeGoat, AABACAB, and the like.

If you insist on hyper-active music to go allong with your vids, then try songs by System Of A Down. They have some very fast-paced/hyper sounding songs.
I've heard just as many complaints about using metal etc in videos, it's one of those subjects where you just can't win tbh. In the end just use what you like

Why is Stage6 always so agonizingly slow for me?

I expect it always depends on what you consider good music...

So many video makers seem to think to be good a video has to have some form of metal, and IMO many would be better with something else. And not just techno.

Personally I like trance, the harder the better but I have seen several a good movies that used different pieces of classical music (including ride of the Valkyries).

What most movie makers seem to do is say 'I like ...' then add that type/band/genre to the movie rather than saying 'in this movie I do lots of jumping' then adding Jump Around, which would match...

    Should read:

    PPK - Resurrection

PPK being a 'band' in their own right. And yes they are damn good I agree.
