how to??

my friend and i were wanting to each try single boxing with 2 accounts, we each have dual monitors..and multiple pc's, but we can run 2 instances of wow at the same time....wondering how we would do this? to help us level our low level alts, so more than likely will be running 1 alt with our main using diff account, but only 1 computer...everythign i can see so far is with 2 cmputers, or all same level.

you can use keyclone to coordinate one or multiple machines.

here is an example of using keyclone's maximizer to run 2 wows in an overlapping pip layout:

i aws told you'd ve to have a pretty large monitor for that, i've got a 20" widescreen and a 19" standard screen here, i dont know what he has i think he has dual 19" standard monitors himself, anthat's for multiple machines, what about on the same machine our computers can handle 2 versions of wow a tth esame time no problem.

You can run 2 instances of wow from one computer just fine if your hardware will handle it. In fact I have run 3 instances from one pc with no prblm at all.

You will need a vid card that supports dual monitor output and set the view for horizontal span(xp) or dual view(vista) to get best results. Then just open both wow's in windowed mode and drag one window to the 2nd monitor and then have the other window on the main. Fire up keyclone add both windows to its program and you're off and away.

"Having the toons be the same level" you have been seeing is most likely for the RAF benefits. You can use your higher level main to power boost your lower level alt just fine.

cool thanks so the keyclone would just be ran in each window? or you would set it up to go to a diff. window rather than another computer? kinda confused on that part, and that's the setup after that how would i do stuff, i guess just have it on autofollow , not sure past that point what i would do, like if wanted touse a high level healer and just use the commands form the healer to heal the alt and stuff like that how do i do all of that?

would i have to hop over tot he other monitor to do something, or is that where the keybindings come in? ie , 1,2,3 is main window's attacks where as right shit + 1,2,3 is rthe other accounts toon? and how would yous et that up?

a 19 or 20" monitor would be fine. one or 2 monitors... that's up to you and your hardware. one computer or multiple... again, up to you.

keyclone will hook it all together for you. the simplest form of setup would be:

run 2 wows and log in
run keyclone (assuming you have activated your keyclone license)
click on one of the wows
hit spacebar
watch both jump

after that, set up your macros and you're off. pretty simple... but ...
there are more options in keyclone to help improve your ability to inflict complete pwnage

at that point, just ask for more info or check the main keyclone web pages for examples, videos, and some step-by-step help

well my friend is thinkgin tabout writing a program for it but i may go with keyclone if i can get a 2nd account going again i have a 2nd one already but would like to do the RAF thing, and that account hasnt' been used in abotu 2 years so i dont know if i can do that again or if i'd have to set up another whole new account,



but to start thigns off i have a 30's shaman i'd like to run thru some stuff and just use my pally to aoe it all down and the shammy to drop totems and heal, but they're on the same account i'd have to move him over to the other account, which is more money lol i'd almost be better off just buying another set of wow huh?



i used to konw people who would dual instance wow, with voice commands or somethign i can't remember what theyd id, but what about twobox toolkit addon any good/bad thigns about that?
