LoL ok I am admittedly slightly, well I guess rather substaintially, behind Mr. Prepared at this point.

But, I won him in EQ. We are what 5-10 weeks into a 5 year race.... time will tell.

Keep in mind I'm not claiming anything in WoW yet. I'll claim in EQ to be one of the top, if not the top, but in WoW, even by my measument of who can kill the strongest NPC, I'm so far behind most everyone its sad for sure.

Right now my best is a level 25 mob. Anyone who can kill a mob over level 25 is better then me in WoW.

Oh well less talk more grind ....

You know this thing now that he has 36 guys is kinda a big leg up on me... 10 extra toons is a lot. Might have to rethink some things.

That's ok then. in 5 years time we'll all have moved to another MMO, and you'll be able to claim TOP WOW PLAYER. then 3 years later you'll join us on that new MMO and start this thread all over again ;-)

Amen - start by re reading all the good advice you got - starting with taking 2 (or 5) of your toons to 60, using quests, to both learn the game a bit and have a team that can farm/help for your others

There does not seem to be any new MMO on the horizion that will be close to WoW subscription numbers ...

And ya on closer examination it appears that when you overkill a mob all the mana is lost.

You know, you really should isntall mobinfo or something similar, so every time you mouse over a monster you can see how many more of that monster you need to kill to level that char. (it calculates it fro ya.) I find it pretty damn depressing, and im not even grinding.

I won't be at all surprised if Darkfall online gets a good share of the market within a couple years. It has a lot going for it.

I also see WaR doing well after a little maturing.
