So PVE is fun now

I'm pretty new to multiboxing, and I've been leveling my first team consisting of 4x Shamans. 1-60 flew by with the new RAF program, and I'm currently at lvl 63. I used to hate doing instances. They were either really easy, and thus boring, or they would be hard due to some bad player or players causing problems. Then you would have the people that leave in the middle of runs, and the occasional ninja. Since I started multiboxing instances, they're really a lot of fun. I did Ramps to the first boss at 61, BF to the first boss at 62, and SP to the first boss at 62. I also did a full BF run yesterday with some random holy pally I picked up, and he thought it was awesome.

I definitely had some trouble to start with, but I'm starting to get some strategies figured out. In SP, it took me 5 tries to get the first boss. The main problem I had was from the lag in target of target, and trying to heal quickly. I finally made 4 separate macros to cast lesser healing wave on each shaman, that way I can get heals quickly if needed. I should probably try to setup something that does like 2 lesser healing waves and 2 lightning bolts.

As for totems, I've been using 3x Healing stream / 1 mana spring (or resist totem on appropriate fights), 4X ToW, 4x Grounding with casters, and 4x stoneclaw with melee. I've got a few questions for things I'm not sure about.

Are stoneskin totems even worth droping? The dmg reduction seems really small, and when I do heal I usually overheal a lot.

On pulls with 3 or 4 melee (like after you pull the lever at 2nd boss in BF), are Fire Novas worth droping, or should I just leave up the ToW?

I tried the second boss in SP at 62, but he seemed really tough. He was critting me for 2k (almost half my life) and that combined with the bleed and some nature stuff was killing me almost instantly. Are there any good strats for this guy, or do I just need to get to a higher level and maybe get some elementals.

At what point should I try to to UB? Do I need to be clearing SP first?

Is there anything wrong with specing 9 pts into enhance for imp ghost wolf and guardian totems at this level?

Is there any place I can pick up some decent mail bracers, possibly from a quest. All my guys are in full outlands mail now with a shield except for their leather bracers. Heres an armory link if anyone sees any necessary gear upgrades. http://www.wowarmory.com/character-s...+Lair&n=Aellei

Well my 70 druid friend wanted to come along, so with him I was able to easily finish up SP. Gonna go try to 4 man UB now.

Edit: One of the Underbog shamblers crit me for 2k, so I think I''m gonna hold off on this one for now

They aren't great, but I find that I have space for one. Not sure what else I'd drop from the earth line in its place.

Anything with > 3, I go to aoe totems. Reasoning is that chain-lightning isn't nearly as effective at that point.

I don't quite run your comp (I have the 5th as a paly), but I think you're going to need a tank for this guy. Most all shaman teams I've seen, yes, they used the elementals to tank for them.

Never. Well, if you want to do it just to say you did, I'd say get to 65 or so at least. But honestly, I wish I hadn't even wasted my time. It's really not a very multiboxing friendly dungeon.

Not if it's what you want to do. I wouldn't, just because (assuming you're 41 in elemental for ToW) you're losing out on Tidal Mastery, but hey, do what does it for ya.

Thanks for all the great answers. I've actually got a 70 Prot Pally in badge/Za/Kara gear, but he's on the same account as my main shaman. I'll probably switch him to a different account once the shamans hit 70 so I can have an easier time with heroics.
