char moves and gifting

i know there many raf questions floating around, anyways here i go

account 1 refers account 2 who refers account 3, now a char in account 3 gifts account2, account 2 gifts account 1, now consider the case where i have a char lvl 60 in account 1, can i move it to account 3 so it can gift account2?

If your 60 is already 60 prior to moving it then no. The levels are earned as you level. Plus since it is 60 and the RAF benefits are "supposed" to end @ 60 you wouldnt be able to earn any additional levels to gift to anyone else.

Now if you had any level below 60 and moved it to the referred account then any levels you earned going to 60 on it would be giftable to a toon on your vet account.
