well i build my new pc not that long ago, and i happen to live same place as you

I did ask on a forum aswell and i got some usefull replys, i took all the items "takeMe" postet Here and ordet em, and i think its a relly nice pc, the price for all pices is prolly lower today as its 4 month since iv got mine

And you your hdd can easy run windows and quadboxig on that harddrive.

But if you want a powerfull silent and cheap machine this one is nice
