RAF Gifting Levels questions!!!

1) Can you gift levels all the way to 60 or is the max 59? Should I level this char to say 10 or so with 99% left to next level or what?

2) Can you cross faction gift levels (Horde gift to Alliance?)

1) Level 60 is the highest you can gift to. I would do like everyone else, and level to 30, then give 30 lvls to that toon. With the RAF triple EXP, levelling is quick as hell.

2) I'm actually not sure about this one... never heard it asked before.

1) you can gift a char to 60, I would get them to 59.9 before gifting the level, which will put them to .1 to level 61
