If by that you mean not having to use /follow, don't bother. The slight differences in latency will ALWAYS cause your guys to get out of sync after a short time if you don't use /follow.
Minaly looking at short term use, EG arena, when you start your all identically ontop of each other, play for "insert gametime (not very long)" rinse and repeat.
