i use this all the time as i level up. i drive up to the quest giver(QG), make sure my alts have the camera all the way out.. and if i did it right, the QG is in roughly the same spot for my alts... then toggle mouse-click-passing on, right click and watch the cursor jump from screen to screen. sometimes it'll miss on the larger area (the reason is due to wow's rendering of the quest page and the text.. nothing i can do about that)... once quest is selected... i can click the complete/accept fairly accurately. then i toggle the mouse-click-passing off.

is this not what you are doing? how is it different?
Thanks for the reply - when ever I try to right click on quest giver with mouse broadcast it sends my toon turning or running in random directions; I believe that's in part because I have click to move (which is needed for manually right clicking when they aren't exactly in range or getting close to a quest giver)

I even tried /script SetView(4); in my follow macro to make sure they have as much of the same view as possible but that doesn't help, they just don't click right for me...
