[Questing] For multiboxers - suggestions thread on official forums

I placed a thread in the suggestions forum, for a function I really would love to see added to the game interface mechanics (an /interact macro-command)

Would people agree, that this would really go a long way to make questing even more enjoyable for us multiboxers ?

It would be a nice addition and I obviously wouldn't mind if they introduced it, but it's not that big of a deal for me. I have 2 screens and my 5 windows open at all times, and right-clicking the questgiver on each char takes <5seconds.

You used to be able to do this with scrips. I used one to do mass turn-ins of thorium bother rep. No idea if it still works though.

Deadly boss mods has auto turnins for AVs once you click on the NPC so it might be possible for other quests, you'd just have to click the npc and possibly pick your reward when needed. Saves a few clicks at least, but would probably have to be customized for every quest.

as i posted on the wow-forums i love multi boxing but to quote:

you will never see this added to the macro list as it would basically make bot quest automation extremely easy and we really don't want that i multibox with 2 toons and 4 toons and to be honest its really not that hard to double right click on 4 windows.

But by adding this it would basically bring a very high level of "Automation" to the game and blizzard really dont like that phrase the one thing that keeps boxing safe is that we don't use automation.

The moment we start edging towards it expect boxing to take a big big hit so think carefully before asking for things that would promote "Automation" for multiboxers we really dont need that kind of attention.
