    Default 60-70 Quest or Instances?

    Hi,

Got 3 groups of lvl59 now (5x Shaman, 5x Druids, 5x Warlocks). I'm planning to mostly do instance run on my shamans and some on my druid too. But not sure with my warlocks (affliction). Will these be able to run all instances from 60-70 aswell?

I just want them to 70 as fast as possible, dont care about the lore and all that **** (already singled leveled 5 to 70). Got a feeling that running instances as much as possible is the way to go (from 60-70 anyway).
In the process of leveling 3 teams (5x Shamans, 5xDruids, 4warlocks+priest). Status: All lvl 59+

Realm: Ravencrest, horde (EU), Main = Cada

you won't have too much of a problem with the shaman and druids, but the locks could get tricky. dots take a bit to work, so they or their VW's (or a felgaurd or 2 if you respec some of them) will take all the damage. One thing you could do, after your shammies hit 70, just rotate one in every run, so you run each instance 5 times, each lock gets 4 runs, every shaman gets 1 run for rep, you'll have heals and rezes covered and lvl 70 dps to boot.

you could try the multiple succy and void approach, just seduce up to 4 targets, while a void (or felgaurd) tanks the one getting burned.

from 60-70 questing is way, way faster if you skip all the slow quests (collections, going to far off areas, etc) - the giant XP bumps (10-22k every quest) combined with fast killing speed just demolish instance XP/hour. For example on my 4 shamans at 64 I get around 50-75k xp/hr running slave pens or underbogs, and around 120k-140k xp/hour doing quests.

Of course I still recommend some instance running, its good for rep esp if you do it right. I did ~8-10 runs of ramps, then 3-4 runs of BF, was honored by then, then did all the hellfire quests except 3-4 collections, was 64 by then and just 3k from revered. Now i'm in zanger, did the unidentified plants to hit honored, then did some stuff for spore guys, then sp/ub, then i'll do the zanger quests (sadly a lot of collection ones), should easily hit Cenarion revered, then move onto nagrand and/or auchindon instances.

It actually gets easier past 64 since there are so many options - nagrand/BE/terokkar has a ton of quests, you can grind maghar rep, do auch instances, at 66 go to durnholde, heck at 68 you can maybe even do kara trash for rep

Assuming you can clear it easy. Blood Furnace will be the fastest EXP from 60-64. I have clocked it on a few characters and it was always faster then questing. Other instances do not give EXP as fast though so questing might be better later on. Also I recommend you do BF up to the 2nd boss then leave and reset it. You can clear the 3rd boss if you like, but the HP of the NPCs after the 2nd boss goes up, and the exp is slower.

Let them gather rested...when 3.0 comes out, the 60-70 xp required will be cut by almost half. If you consider double xp for rested + half xp required, you could spend 1/4th of the time leveling them if you wait a bit. Then again, if you have nothing else to do in the meantime, go for it! Try rotating the groups so one always has some rested xp.

how many groups would I need to keep em all fully rested? I will have 3 lvl 60 ish groups very soon, plus a couple extra RAF toons, for half a group. I guess i could fill in the gaps with DKs lol.
