Too much lag in AB

I 5 box on 1 computer (4 sham and a pally). When i do av i take my pally and 4 sham and get a little lag (mostly at the start when all horde is together and when all horde and alliance are fighting each other, but usually not at bad lag (my bar is 95% green). I started to do my AB grind for the stupid 30 badges for my chest and omg it sucks. My lag bar is always red, i get dc from the server every 5 minutes (if i am lucky sometimes the screen just freezes), and here is the best part i dual box in ab. I didn't want to take up 1/3 the team so that is why i dual boxed, but after 3 hours of lagging and dc, i was about to single box, but horde always loses ab and each game takes 20 minutes so to same my time grinding i will continue dual boxing even with the lag and dc. Oh, btw the lag also happens when it is just my toons in the flag area no one else around me.

Has this happen to anyone else? I box on one computer, but like i said av doesn't give me a problem at all. Even when i triple box i get no lag in shat, which i do when i 5 box. Another thing, when i exit ab, my bars go right to green. So any ideas?
