Rogues are really annoying me.

Clos + vanish is annoying enough, but the sapping in AV when i'm travelling somewhere really does it. :thumbdown:

When a slave/my main gets sapped while mounted i dismount, drop magma totems and wait for the sap to go away, pop ghostwolf, run 100 yards and remount. Some how a rogue expected this, used sprint while stealthed and sapped me again while i just mounted up.

Any tips/tricks to pop them out of stealth and rape them?

Improved (2 sec to fire) novas help a little bit, it increases your chance to pop the rogue.. otherwise no.. just try to avoid them.
I just played an EOTS against 7 rogues.. you have to plan your travelling very carefully. Ride in big circles, avoid the "shortest routes".

1. Dismount
2. Drop your choice of AOE totem
3. Ghostwolf the non-sapped characters
4. Quickly ghost wolf your main when sap wears off
5. Stay in ghost until you 1) find the rogue or 2) get to your desintation

If you find the rogue, kill him or if he escapes, ghost wolf and continue on to your destination.

against any good rogue, magma wont work. i have a rogue myself, and the range that i have for sapping is huge... i could really be annoying at a multiboxer if i want.
Distract is also very annoying, thats why i learned to watch my group constantly. If i get sapped i just go on ghost wolf...couldnt care less.

Anymore in Battlegrounds I just travel from place to place using Ghost Wolf. I rarely mount anymore. I still check the opposing team's roster, and if they don't have any rogues I'll go back to using my mount, but I'm never that lucky.

In WSG, I'll start crossing the the map using my mount, but I dismount and go ghost wolf after about midfield. I hammer my /follow button on that map. It's particularly prone to having an abundance of rogues.
Same thing for most maps at the start; use mount at the beginning when you know rogues aren't around.

I hammer my /follow button on that map. It's particularly prone to having an abundance of rogues.

I've not had to hammer my follow key since i downloaded the keepfollow addon that came up in the addon section a few weeks back. So distracts dont really do much. Same for when im swimming in AB (which is rare) i can jump as much as i like in the water and the addon keeps the slaves on follow. Similar with fears, i know they will automatically regroup.

Its a great addon, im suprised it hasnt had more praise.

I looked at that addon, you sure it isn't automation? how does it keep working if it doesn't require you to give any input? I'm a bit leary.
