Tuesdays because in Europe, wednesday morning is the weekly maintenance and arena point rewards. So a lot of unexperienced and bad teams play that night. At over 1650 you don't particularly meet those teams, but their rating is munched up by the 1550-1600 teams that do have skills, and the points propagate up during the night.
