Alright, lets break this down into a couple things here:

1.) Weak classes commonly are: Any classes without a healer, any class with the letter "a" in it and any classes with a healer.

2.) Most of the people are only recently joining and therefore have the new 3 times xp bonus from RaF.

3.) It takes about 18-24 hours to level a pair up to 30. By level 30, you should have most of the skills of your class and decide if you like it or not. If you don't, just grab another pair, and if you have levels to grant, don't forget about that.

And for the record, snugglebot is the best class to play. Hands down.
