Default Hardest raid cleared by 1 boxer/many boxers

So I was wondering whats the biggest/ highest raid cleared by a boxer or many? I have read that there are 10boxer who clear kara all the time. How about 25 mans?

I have not heard of any boxer doing a solo full clear of Kara yet. Nixi is pretty close... Netherspite may be the only boss they haven't gotten?
There's not really a lot of boxers doing solo raids right now. There's quite a few boxers that run a 2->5 toons in 25 mans, including a few in BT, don't know about Sunwell at least I've not seen any posts. Definitely been some full SSC/MH and all the T4 stuff cleared that's had boxers in the raid.

The "highest" boss I've killed with my group is MH 4/5, in a raid of course.

I've seen videos of a 2-boxer doing Kael'thas (with 23 other single boxers), and Ellay had a video of 4-boxing Vashj (with 21 other single boxers).

I don't believe anyone has ever attempted a full 25-man all-multibox'ed raid. For one, I don't believe most of us have 5+ raiding interested multiboxers of the appropriate gear level on the same server. <The Zerg> on Magtheridon has the numbers but I think they're more of PvP oriented?

Suvega and I can 2x 5-box Karazhan (all except Nightbane & Netherspite --we've never tried either of them), and I believe Nixi has 10-boxed similarly.

Do you guys still do this? Or was it just to have the accomplishment? I have 4 5boxers in my guild now. One of them just got his tank to 70 and is gearing up. I want to do Kara at some point. But i could care less about bragging rights. If we do it, It will be for badges/gear/money. And to do something as a guild. I have 9 70s atm. All geared enough for Kara. My 5box team of 4 shaman and prot paly..a mage..priest and two hunters. Xenoca has a new 70 paly. 5 shaman.. a mage and warlock. So i THINK we have enough of the right classes to get it done. We also have a 5 boxer who is beta testing atm. I'm sure he will help out. He has a warrior..mage..priest and two shaman.

That dude that run a twntytotems blog, was talking about a gruul attemt whit 25 shamans i think

Not high king, just gruul, his thery was that 25 epic elementals would be abel to nuuk gruul before he had hit and killed 25 earth elementals

I dont think i tryed it but just wantet to try, but he has stopped playing the game since sadly

Dunno if it is possible -- Gruul has 3.4M HP, so each Shaman would need to do 136000 HP... you'd need an awful lot of DPS to pull that one off before you go squish.

If you can pull off a full Kara badge run and don't need badges for items... 220 badges = 14.6 epic gems, which sell for 250 +/- on my server... 4K gold or so, give or take.
Even skipping Netherspite/Nightbane then it's still 12 gems, ~3K gold... not too shabby. Maybe not as good as just doing dailies but it's more interesting IMO.
(and yes technically, you get 10 gems some weeks and 20 on others.)

It's a time investment, for sure. The problem is that we're raiding sunwell on our mains, so we rarely have time between sunwell and weekly arenas to do this on a regular basis. We manage Kara maybe once a month -- sometimes just half the instance.

The cost is also prohibitive -- you'll spend ALOT on repair bills. One teeny tiny mistake and it's a total wipe.

In any case, if you set your mind to it you could make it a weekly thing, but be prepared to make a time and cost investment. With Kara epics relatively inferior to gear obtained from badges + arena/pvp, you're really only there for "the experience".

Speaking of Gruul -- I've 5-boxed it with a friendly guild on the server. Resto shammy + 4 elemental shaman (and yes, I was assigned to heal a tank). Let's just say, thank god for self-rez because while it's ok to tell everyone else "GET AWAY FROM THE SHAMAN" when there's a ground stomp, you can't really do much when two shaman land NEXT to each other >.< I've dual-boxed Gruul with more success.

I've also done Magtheridon with the same 1x resto / 4x elemental shaman comp. Both times it was a full 20 other solo-boxers with me.
