I do agree that the New to Multiboxing section would be more appropriate.

mpdash, I am sure if you need any support you will find that the author to keyclone is very active in this forum and will be quick to help you out. You will also have to understand that there are tons of general questions that are asked and some very active forum readers like myself amoungst others are more than willing to assist but the more information you can give the better.

On a slight tangent perhaps the link from the Solidice site to the forum should point to the software or general assistance section to help funnel those request
