how do i get the keyclone set up i click the link above and it wont even let me download the darn thing. im super new lol.

i did look ive been lookin on the forums at tutorials for about 40 min even watched acouple videos the ones i found only show you everything after you have the keyclone set up. im not lazy but if the rest of the people on the forums are as unhelpful as you i shouldnt even post on here. Thanks for the link..maybe ill be lazy and not even click it.

However I'm guessing this thread will be moved soon enough.

As for the inability to download, most likely a PEBCAK error.

I do agree that the New to Multiboxing section would be more appropriate.

mpdash, I am sure if you need any support you will find that the author to keyclone is very active in this forum and will be quick to help you out. You will also have to understand that there are tons of general questions that are asked and some very active forum readers like myself amoungst others are more than willing to assist but the more information you can give the better.

On a slight tangent perhaps the link from the Solidice site to the forum should point to the software or general assistance section to help funnel those request

funny how many errors can be classified PEBCAK...

as for keyclone not being able to download... that's probably not exactly correct (waffles anyone?). the problem occurs as the file is trying to save on your local machine. might be a permissions issue.

try saving it to the desktop... if you are on xp, just double click and run the install.
if you are on vista, then right-click/run-as admin and install

once it pops up, click 'unzip'... and exit once done.

then find the keyclone folder, right-click the keyclone app, and send-to/desktop (create shortcut)
if on vista... find shortcut, right-click/properties/advanced/always-run-as-admin

after that.. just double click to run and follow the normal instructions for your set up
