Looting with more than one Account

I am new to multiboxing, I am doing two accounts on one PC using keyclone. Is there a better way to do looting rather than moving the main toon foward until the other toon can loot and then manually clicking on the mob on the other window.

That's about the only option that you have afaik. That's how Ive been doing it and it isn't much of an inconvenience since it's become nearly second nature now. However, I do run two monitors so I just swing my mouse over and loot on the other toon. Typically though, while he's looting, my primary (hunter) is in combat with another mob already to cut down on downtime.
