you will get more kill xp by playing single. (quest xp will be the same), but it will take you longer to level them on their own

your best bet would be to level up some more characters to 60 if you only have two accounts (while you have the raf bonus), as it only lasts for 90 days

Granted, it only takes about 2 days of played time to level to 60 and even less if you know someone on the server that will run you though and instance to knock out all the quests in one swing.

in my (somewhat short) experience, it will take you a tiny bit longer to level your boxed toons to 70, rather than solo to 70.
The result however, is that you have TWO leevll 70 in the end, whereas you would need to level your second solo toon otherwise.
