/played RAF 1-60?

I would think it's safe to say boosting is faster. But i have no 70s on this server. I'll boost my 4 man groups to 32 once i get my palli to 60+.

I just quested my 5 shaman team to 60 in 2 days 1 hour. The Totem quests really slowed things down in the beginning, 50-60 went pretty decent with WPL/EPL/Felwood/Winterspring, just cherry picking kill only stuff, no collections.

Boosting a 2nd team of only 4 will likely be faster, but might drive me batty.

I have done both since RAF started:

No boosting:
0-60 (no boosting, starting on a new server with cash from a xfer, starting a new side - horde - for the first time)
1 pally
2 locks
2 shaman
2 days, 4 hours

Full boosting:
0-60 (boosting with my 70 hunter from levels 1-15 for Aspect of the Pack, boosting with my epicced prot pally in Stocks 15-20, SM Cath 20-45, Strat 45-60, summoning them to each instance with locks)
3 hunters
1 druid (but who cares what classes they were, they were just being boosted)
16 hours, 1 minute

My hunter/druid team actually has 2 at 60 (referred accounts) and 2 at 61 (refering accounts). They have no mounts, no riding skill, haven't trained skills since level 10, and are all still in robes from a level 6 quest.

Haven't used my gift levels from either set of leveled toons yet, so those are an added bonus.

Raf Mage to 60 while Shaman @ level 59.95% was dead in live Strath.
After a res and Grant Level, Shaman is 60.95.
A few minutes and mobs later, Shaman is 61 @ 26 hours.

Boosted by a crappy geared 70 Prot Paladin, and S3 geared 70 Frost Mage.

SFK 10-20
SM 20-40
BRD 40-45
LBRS 45-50
BRD quest to save princess 50-52.
52-60 Quested WPL Cauldron, EPL Turn in, and 1 run Starth; 50-60/61.

I also did a 2nd batch.
45 Shaman and 45 Warlock @ 12 hours (I think)
Quested 1-10
SFK 10-20
SM 20-40
BRD 40-45

Playing lazy (like I usually do) got my hunters to 60 with RAF in about 2d12h. Straight questing with one run each instance to knock out quests.

You guys are fast (or I'm slow)

I quested my first team to 60 with way over 4 days played - lots of time spent in VC and SM to learn the ropes and lots of running around but still.

I started new teams and took just under 6 hours so far to get to l15 on a 5x pink tailed gnome mages (listen to the outlandish podcast song of latest episode to understand why) and over 9hours to get to l18 so far on 5x shammy

I don't do collection quests (well I did the dranei island meat one and the leaf and tree ones and those were slow enough) but I find I spend fair bit of time traveling (keep trying to hit my "mount" key but nothing happens ;-) ) and opening all the dialogs x5

yes when they are shareable - I also use jamba which is great improvements (I didn't have it on my first team) but does require to at least right click the quest giver on each toon and then takes it from there

I use Jamba currently, and if you have "Slave Auto Accept Quest" turned on you can accept it on your main, open the quest log, and click Share Quest and all clones will accept it. You don't even need the macro to Auto Accept. Assuming of course that it IS a shareable quest. If not, just open the dialog & they'll automatically accept it from the quest giver. (Which may have been what you were talking about hehe)
