Try a PM to Suvega or Vyndree. They already have plane tickets and a hotel, but no tickets... That is, if you live in SoCal so you can actually claim the tickets at the door with your CC.

That being said, there are many db'ers who DIDN'T get tix.I'm sure they would be willing to pay you for the tickets (perhaps even at scalper prices) IF their names and credit cards get to be on the tickets (you need to provide the original payment credit card to pick your tickets up at the 'con).
I'd consider offering it to them -- even if you need cash, I'd hope to think we're more reliable than ebay.

All of the auctions that I checked out the seller is fully aware of this.I can see a lot of pissed off people that bought those on ebay and the seller buys the tickets.
Sell the account have the buyer add CC information and then send the email to Blizz..
