Mixed Classes using RAF

This will be my second time multiboxing in which the first time I used 3 Mages and Priest, using trail accounts i got them to around lvl 20. This time with RAF, I'm planning to do a mix of classes in 3 or 4 waves from 1-60. The waves will go as listed:
1. Mage / Warlock / Druid(Moonkin) / Druid(Moonkin)
2. Pally / Pally / Shaman / Warrior
3. Mage / Warlock / Shaman / Hunter
4. Priest / Priest / Hunter / Rogue

I want to have macros / cast sequences already setup to prevent downtime. I have 2 accounts in which I plan to add 2 more, then i will eventually have every class available at level 60. Please give me some advise on setting up the macros and also perhaps rearranging the groups for better efficiency.

I organized my accounts to have :
act 1 - tank chars
act 2- healers
act 3-5 - DPS

so with that I would do:
act 1 war, paladin, druid, rogue (not a tanking char, but should be leader if you want to box him)
act 2 druid, shaman, priest, paladin
act 3 mage, hunter, shaman, druid
act 4 mage, warlock, shaman, druid (or a spriest)
act 5 mage, warlock, shaman, druid (or a spriest)

The hardest group comp will be anything with the rogue. The way I would do that is to do rogue, 4xshaman or druid, and make the rogue the leader.

If speed is your priority, try to match up common classes in the groups. The group comps you have right now are pretty difficult to level.
