    now that wall is yellow!

my wife talked me into painting a room fire engine red once I can not begin to tell you how many coats of primer it took to get that wall repainted when we sold the house :P

I love the vert screen. I have two 22" screens on either side of my 26" and have thought about going vert and stacking windows. Very nice.

I am glad my wife does not play if she sat that close behind me i would smack the back of her head from time to time, i can get animated in my chair ;)

Those speakers wall mounted or do have have something bolted to the desk? Nice placement I need something like that.

looks like they're on pieces of wood from the desk, or the monitor stands

Two things about these photos make me laugh:

1 - the ketchup bottle lol.

2 - cat hair removal utilities all over. I knew before I even saw the last photo your cat was long-haired.
No matter where you go, there you are.

Thats a lot of monitors, i don't envy your electric bill. But i do envy that fact you have tv on one. I really need to setup a third monitor for watching TV

That room must have great AC. Id imagine with all that harddware it gets pretty hot but thats a hoodie!
At the moment we don't have any AC in the office. But once summer hits I think we'll be doing something about it.

We're doing some renovations over the coming weeks and one thing I want to do is remove the yellow. Fortunately our chairs are far enough apart that we have just enough room to sit down without hitting each other. Getting up is a different story. Once my 26" is repaired I'll give 'TheElles' the spare 20" and use her 19" .... not sure what I'll do with it but hell another monitor is just cause for getting another computer.

They are custom made (extremely budget) monitor stands. I originally used 1 monitor stand to horozontally mount 2x 20" monitors but after I discovered the joy of vertical mounting I had a little bit too much length left over, which as luck would have it was just enough room to mount my speakers

She normally runs the girls accross all the comptuers but she has only recently rebuilt one so is temporarily running them on 1 PC.

Electric bill - no comment :whistling:
We have a monitor (sitting next to me) running off a laptop (out multimedia centre) that is sitting next to TheElls. The monitor is also connected to a USB TV box and sky. When we're watching Sky TheElles has to turn arond. We may get another monitor just to prevent that

Bah, Suvega and I had the same problems.

Initially we had our desks facing each other (which meant that I was squashed between desk and wall. Now we're facing away from each other and our chairs take up so much space!!

    Grr.
