Dual monitors help!
I went out and purchased a second samsung 20inch widescreen. Now I was hoping I could run my main guy on the first screen in 1680x1050 and put the other screens in 800x600 or so to fit in the second monitor. When I start up WoW it only allows me to select 800x600 or all the other resolutions that work with dual screen. its like 3060x2000something. looks really cool but I am asking if theres a way to do what I want. I am running an 8800gtx and its set to span mode.
If you go into your config.wtf file in the wtf folder (i think). Open it up with notepad and you`ll see various settings, one is for resolution, you should be able to put in a custom resolution here, you may have to run in windowed mode to get it to work.
Great thanks a lot! Ive got an inch more i need to fill on my screen with wow, I can just add any ammount of pixels? I usually just full screened it but I cant do it like that will two monitors, is there a way to fullscreen it just to 1 monitor?
